Answer

The Library has a number of services, some that require different methods of authentication.

OneSearch & CSU+ (the library account, item catalog and discovery system): Uses your SDSU email (SDSUid) and the SDSU email password for authentication. Click here for information on resetting or troubleshooting your SDSUid.

Database A-Z list (topical databases and information sources): Uses your SDSU email (SDSUid) and the SDSU email password for authentication. Click here for information on resetting or troubleshooting your SDSUid.

Illiad (Interlibrary Loan requests): Uses your SDSU email (SDSUid) and the SDSU email password for authentication. Click here for information on resetting or troubleshooting your SDSUid.

Proxied ebook, ejournal, and streaming media access: Uses your SDSU email (SDSUid) and the SDSU email password for authentication. Click here for information on troubleshooting remote access.

Circuit (San Diego area book requests): Uses your name and your RedID number. For access issues contact the library Circulation Desk.
