Can the library buy me technical reports/manuals or standards & codes?

Unfortunately, no. Most technical publications, such as standards, codes, reports, and manuals, are not available for institutional purchase due to licensing or cost constraints. The library does maintain subscriptions to some resources with this type of information, and the list of these resources as well as some freely available sources are maintained in the Engineering Library Guides.
