How do I print a poster for S3 (Student Symposium)?

The SDSU Library happily supports the scholarship activities of SDSU students presenting a poster at the 2026 SDSU Student Research Symposium, or S3, by offering one free printed poster from January 21, 2026 - February 21, 2026. 

To ensure service availability, free S3 poster printing is available Jan 21, 2026 - Feb 21, 2026. Please plan accordingly and have your design ready in advance to S3, Friday, Feb 27, 2026.


To receive your one free printed poster: 

  1. Be a student registered to present a poster at the 2026 S3 symposium and be the lead presenter listed

  2. Prepare your poster design
    Make sure all edits are final
    Your design should be 56 inches wide x 42 inches high

  3. Ensure your file is a PDF file under 10 MB file size

  4. Complete this form and select your print date

  5. Receive a pick up ready email from the library

  6. After your print date, retrieve your printed poster from the Library Info Desk located on the first floor under the dome entrance

  • Submissions after February 21, 2026 will be charged full price, $40
  • Reprints will be charged full price, $40
