Q. Where can I eat in the library?

What areas of the library are food friendly? Where is food allowed?

Answer

Food is currently allowed in the 24/7 Study Area (except in study rooms and at computing stations). Drinking from approved containers (e.g., bottles with covers or a replaceable lid) is allowed in the library, but with attention to the Policy on Facial Coverings, i.e., by lowering your facial covering only to take your drink and then replacing your facial covering.

While eating is allowed in the 24/7 Study Area, SDSU community members are encouraged to enjoy food in an outdoor library study area whenever possible.
