As a faculty member or graduate student, how can I request a ebook version of a book I need to teach in the summer or fall?

Answer

The library is now offering pick up of our print books and government documents at the Dome (second floor of the Library Addition). For more information on this service and how to request a book, see: https://library.sdsu.edu/domeside-pickup

Also, faculty and grad students can request the purchase of eBooks, including items in our physical collection, for course materials or their research while the library is still closed.

Email your request to eref@sdsu.edu, including the title, author, and edition if applicable.

If an electronic version is available through the library's purchasing platform, we will purchase it and make it available within 7 to 10 days. If it is not available, a librarian will follow up with you.
