How can I borrow a book from another library?

Answer

  • For print books, book chapters, and articles held by other CSU libraries: You can request materials directly through OneSearch. You'll need to be logged into your SDSU account. Look for the blue "Get It" buttons.
  • Circuit: You can request books from San Diego area libraries with Circuit. To see how to request books from Circuit, check out these instructions: San Diego Circuit
  • Interlibrary loan (ILL): You can request materials not available in the CSU or Circuit here: https://illiad.sdsu.edu/illiad/logon.html Please request each book chapter you need separately. This link offers Interlibrary and Document Services that can help you when requesting through ILLiad: Requesting ILL through ILLiad. Please note that ILL requests can only be made by current SDSU faculty, staff, and students.
