Q. Can I borrow a book from another library?

Can I borrow a book from another library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL), Circuit or CSU+?

Answer

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services have been partially disrupted by the closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the library will strive to help you get access to the materials you need.

For book chapters and articles: You can request copies of materials the library doesn't own here: https://illiad.sdsu.edu/illiad/logon.html Please request each book chapter you need separately.

Books: The library will do our best to purchase ebook copies when possible. This will take at least 2 weeks to process.

Circuit and CSU+ : ILL of physical books is suspended while the library is closed to the public. If you have a book waiting to be picked up, the date has been extended.

Please check the COVID-19 library information page for updates: https://library.sdsu.edu/covid-19
