How do I reset my WebPortal or RedID password?

WebPortal is currently in archive mode

The university has transitioned to my.SDSU, and WebPortal is no longer being updated. While WebPortal data will continue to be viewable, current students, faculty, and staff began using my.SDSU to conduct business on October 11, 2022.  Alumni who graduated prior to Fall 2022 will continue to use WebPortal to view transcripts and access Student Account Services.

If you need to reset your WebPortal password, please use the "Can't log in?" link located at the bottom of the WebPortal login page.

If you cannot remember your RedID and trying to reset sends information to an email you no longer have access to, please contact the Office of the Registrar for assistance.
