Please make sure you are using the SDSU specific version of the Respondus LockDown Browser. Go to the Respondus download page to download the SDSU-specific version of the LockDown Browser.
If you are having issues installing the Respondus LockDown browser, please check the system requirements to ensure your device is capable of running the LockDown Browser. The Respondus LockDown browser is installed on the University Library computers, and you can always take your test in the library if needed.
